By accessing or using Chebacco360, including our website, mobile applications, services, content, and features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create an account or use the Services.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords, and all activity occurring under their account.
4. Community Content
Users may submit photos, fishing reports, wildlife sightings, water-quality information, environmental observations, hazard reports, comments, events, and other community-related content.
5. Content License
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Chebacco360 permission to host, store, display, distribute, reproduce, promote, and feature that content in connection with operating the platform.
6. Prohibited Content
Users may not post harassment, threats, hate speech, pornography, spam, fraudulent information, illegal content, political campaign promotion, or content intended to disrupt the platform.
7. Moderation
Chebacco360 may remove, hide, restrict, suspend, or ban content/accounts at its discretion.
8. Environmental Information Disclaimer
Water quality, wildlife, fishing, ice, hazard, and environmental information is informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or user-submitted.
9. Emergency Alerts
Alerts are not guaranteed and may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete, or omitted.
10. Classifieds and Events
Chebacco360 is not responsible for user transactions, event safety, cancellations, losses, injuries, or disputes.
11. Donations
Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and not tax-deductible unless explicitly stated.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. Chebacco360 disclaims warranties and limits liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
14. Changes to Terms
Chebacco360 may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
